Alright, the first episode of the Daylight Savings effect for the next eight months or so (and the penultimate week before Andy returns)

The Bankrupts was just too much for this episode and at least we had a PP-PR and a BR win after going through this uneasy affair.

Our rating: 5 😮 (DIRTY first half)

Well, at least this and another episode (May 30, 2022) had competition in terms on how dirty was the maingame and first half went. Don’t be surprised if that week made it to the reruns like the May 30 case.

And it’s no wonder why the June 6 last year did made it to the summer reruns was because of the technical issue by his end. Jim Thornton, you’re a memetic.

I’d be interested to know what the “scoring issue” was with David and why he’s back for this episode

Oh boy, the first half of this episode was painful to watch no thanks to all those BANKRUPTS especially Angela’s painful one in the Mystery Round and being nothing above the house minimum assuming both opening Toss-Ups are solved.

PP/Express Round: Nice rebound by Angela from her big loss, but it only took this round for her to win so I thought that would mean bad news…

Bonus Round: …until she proved me wrong thanks to her great letter combo to salvage this episode and break the one-and-done drought.

My Rating: 5 (D-) (terrible first half)

The first half of this episode was a storm of a mess, but Angela’s nice PP and BR win were the rainbow it needed. Oh, and welcome back, David!

Nice to see David from late S40 back.

Those BANKRUPTs including the painful one in R2 were just too much and contributed to a terrible first half. Angela lucked out w/ the one round, the PP of course, which would mean bad news…

BR: …but said lady made pretty good picks to help salvage this episode. I knew the answer w/ RSTLNE, because I remember COMFORT ZONE used in S34 on the last episode of Wheel Loves NY week (the whole puzzle back the. was OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE).

My Rating: 5 (way too much lost to BANKRUPT)

Justin and @jliu23232, Christie’s last name was WILEY and not just Wil (the CC must have left out the -EY part when bobbymgsk watched), which I’ve fixed.
