Amanda first picks up the 1/2 CAR near $900 w/ two T’s, calls up a $500 N, and buys an E, A, and two I’s, then she says an obvious $700 G, two S’s for another grand, but then the sole dud vowel of U. Sarah secondly FPs the last vowel of two O’s, but then BANKRUPTS near the big one. Third, Marc gets up there an $800 P, two F’s for another $700, and three C’s for $2,700 extra. Board, please…

The scoreless Sarah begins a crucial round w/ two S’s for $1,600, a $650 N, three I’s, but then the same BANKRUPT to give back $2K. Second, Marc says a not-so-good consonant of G (he didn’t even realize the I and the N on the middle line were not together). Third in Amanda’s future are two T’s for $1,300, a $300 H, four E’s, and R for the gift tag, an O, a $650 F, but then D for dud. After Sarah craps out w/ C, Marc takes two B’s for $700, two A’s, three L’s for $1,950 more, and a U to clean out the vowels...but we then hear three straight duds from everybody (null cycle alert) — him w/ M, Amanda w/ P, and Sarah w/ Y while on the same 1/2 CAR. Marc has the light bulb go on…
