WoF Recap: November 16, 2020

pretty good show tonight excluded BR.(at least one more letter in the bottom word would’ve won)

well, at least the car is likely worth less than what his winning.(since Jeep Compass Altitude worth $28,615 from 2020 national park week)

oh, this BR puzzle same-thing related puzzle for previous puzzle?(4/18/11)

I have a feeling that addition in R4 will go viral

Big money all around, but R4 was where things started to take a sharp turn (and thankfully, it didn’t end in disaster).

BTW, had the PP of the first 2 letter calls and the BR off RSTLNE.

Nice winnings tonight.. but the puzzle writing and atmosphere sure feels like Harry is still in the building. Hopefully Mike starts investing more in puzzle writing and creativity next season. Good mystery round win.

Mike apparently doesn’t write many puzzles. Also, it seems like he isn’t 100% in power.

We shall wait and see if there are changes next season. That will prove whether his influence has increased. Celebrity edition seems like the first chance to make his mark. Let us hope for the best.

Sorry I’m late on the bandwagon. Anyway…

TU2: Um, Amanda? COLD does not fit when there is an L at the end.

Alex may have been dominant this episode, but in R4…

    D _ C L _ R I N G
    _ I C T _ R Y

…I just had to scream “WHY?!” in front of the TV screen, because he added an unnecessary “I’M” at the front of the puzzle immediately after Vanna lit up the backloading letter and didn’t say a thing at all in the three seconds — UGH. 😡 I’m afraid this will have to go down as one of my “worst moments” of S38.

Count me in as another person who RSTLNE’d the BR.

It was quite the match between Amanda & Alex, but Alex unwittingly adding the unnecessary “I’m” when DECLARING VICTORY to throw away $7,500? Oh boy.

I RSTLNE’d the BR puzzle although not immediately, but Alex should’ve gone w/ BGHO to help him win that cheap Jeep.

Alex had some big wins, but the A’s would’ve scored him a BR win.
