Derek thirdly uncovers two C’s and turns down the $2K buyout for what’s under the MW near LaTBAD NEWS, so he loses the WC. Madalyn tries again w/ a $2,100 P trio, but the BANKRUPT near $650 strikes. Jillian then puts up a $600 H, the last vowel of I, a $600 G, and a $900 D before she tries to complete this grid…

Derek follows w/ a $1,300 pair of S’s, two D’s to double up, but the other normal BANKRUPT nails him. Madalyn then inserts two T’s for the MDW and a $1,600 pair of L’s…
