Mystery Round: BEFORE & AFTER

Leanne leads the way w/ a $600 T, four E’s and two A’s, an S for the National Parks tour (Pat says it’s over $9K), and an I to clean out the vowels, followed by three R’s for the Sierra Trading Post gift tag, an $800 N, but then L for loss of turn. Kristen next selects an H and obviously goes for what’s under the MW near LaT…oops. And if that wasn’t bad enough, Reggie BANKRUPTs near TD to give up the sparkly green wedge. That gives a Leanne a second chance…but not for long, because after a $600 F is the same normal BANKRUPT to take away $5,250 cash & GT plus the tour. Kristen then puts up a $1,200 C pair and a $700 P…

C A R P E T
F R E S H E N E R

…she can buy some MAGIC CARPET FRESHENER (if there is one) w/ her first $1,900.

SOLE DUD: L (Leanne)
BANKRUPTS: 3 (whole gang)

PP/Express Round: THING

R for roadblock is how Kristen starts on the 1/2 CAR near $600. Second in line, Reggie rattles off a $1,300 pair of S’s, an E, two A’s, but then a baddie of I. Leanne then GOES ABOARD the EXPRESS after calling up triple T’s.

Next Choices: last vowel of four O’s…M…B…C…two N’s…F…D and Y

She’ll see one of these…

S O F T / S A N D Y
O C E A N / B O T T O M

…while at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach in OAHU worth $7,848.

DUDS: R (Kristen), I (Reggie)

Reggie: $5,650/Leanne: $18,598 cash & Oahu/Kristen: $1,900

$3K Tossup: AROUND THE HOUSE

Reggie gets out a PICTURE FRAME to sweep the Tossups.

But he says an instant dud of S for sorry. Second for Leanne are two FP E’s, a $1,200 T pair, an A, but it’s S-U time…

only the first word, and we have our first BR shutout this season. There won’t be a POWERFUL IMAGE of her winning $45K.

Aw RATS. First shutout already. I dunno if it would’ve been different if Reggie won the game instead of Leanne.
